Yongbao Environmental Protection has established a safe, low-carbon, and efficient acid and aluminum waste recycling chain for metal surface treatment, mechanical engineering, and more than 10 industries, turning waste into resources.

The technology reduces energy consumption compared to traditional combustion, ensures clean combustion without dioxins, binds heavy metals and safely uses pyrolysis residues. 70,000 tons of waste are processed annually and 12,500 tons of crude oil are disposed of, which contributes to safe handling and energy self-sufficiency.

Guangdong Xingfa Environmental Technology develops six areas of reuse, studying the properties of aluminum ash, expanding the application areas and creating economic and environmental value.

The LC-01 fixed lifting scaffolding from Guangdong Lingsheng has an all-steel enclosed protective structure without combustible materials. The usual height is 4.5 floors. After one assembly, it is used until the construction is completed, saving labor and materials. The system is reusable and has a lower cost than conventional technologies.

The center was fully accepted in April 2020. It is the only comprehensive government-approved hazardous waste recycling center in Hainan, with collection, transportation, treatment, counseling, and emergency services. The primary waste capacity is 20,000 tons per year.

The center is located in the Jiujiang Shaoguan Industrial Park. The area is 46,128.56 m2, with an estimated processing capacity of 26,000 m3/day.
