Insulation features
EPE thermal conductivity <0.033 W/(m·K); surface water absorption ≤1%. The leaflet describes a commonly used EPE density range of 18–30 kg/m³. These figures concern the insulation, not a whole-assembly thermal rating.
The LLDPE jacket is described as tough, puncture-resistant, moisture-resistant and resistant to low temperatures; no numerical operating-temperature rating is stated.
Working-pipe options
Ceramic-core, Nano antibacterial and Blue Clean are the manufacturer’s PP-R series names. They are not additional material layers and are not assigned to specific jacket colours in the leaflet.
Applications and installation
The manufacturer lists home, hospital, hotel, villa and hot-spring water systems, including hot/cold-water supply, water circulation and heat-pump systems. Select the assembly for the actual design conditions.
Factory-integrated insulation avoids adding separate site insulation. Dedicated joint connectors are mentioned, but this leaflet gives no fitting models or joining parameters.
The source labels S3.2 as 2.0 MPa and S2.5 as 2.5 MPa. These are working-pipe series labels, not a verified assembly pressure rating at all temperatures. Laboratory test temperatures are not operating limits.
