Organizational structure of sustainable development
The Commission on Sustainable Development is a specialized body of the Board of Directors. It supports the supervision, implementation, and development of environmental, social, and management activities, ensuring compliance with government policies, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. It consists of at least three members: executive and independent non-executive directors, as well as elected senior executives.
External management
We regularly hold shareholder meetings, communicate with investors, monitor production and work with qualified suppliers to ensure product reliability.
Internal management
The fraud protection procedure, special working group and transmission channels protect the interests of the group and shareholders. We protect intellectual property, apply anti-corruption solutions, and eliminate child labor and inhumane conditions.
