The Hainan Base, which is wholly owned by the group, is located in the Taling Industrial Zone in Dinan. The area is 287 square meters, the building area is 84,000 m2. There are workshops, warehouses, an office, a testing center, a canteen, a dormitory and a stadium. Pilot work began on May 6, 2014, and official work began on August 16. The range includes water supply, drainage, fittings, PVC, polyethylene and polypropylene cable paths, single-layer and double-layer corrugated, urban sewer and spiral pipes.
