Two constructions are retained separately: steel-mesh skeleton PE pipe and welded steel-skeleton reinforced PE pipe. Mesh-reinforced pipe uses PE, steel mesh and bonding layers; the catalogue specifies CJ/T189,50–500mm,6m or8m straight lengths and black as the standard colour. Steel-skeleton pipe is intended for water, buried fire-water and selected industrial media; its reference operating temperature is20°C. At0–80°C the pressure-reduction factor must be considered. Electrofusion fittings include couplings, reducers, elbows, tees, saddles and flange stubs.
