Polyurethane Insulated Composite Pipes

Structure and features

• The weather-resistant PVC-U casing protects against sunlight and UV exposure.
• Closed-cell polyurethane insulation: thermal conductivity ≤ 0.033 W/(m·K), unaged at 50°C.
• Outer casing: B1 flame-retardant grade under the national classification stated in the catalogue.
• Factory insulation reduces on-site insulation work. Dedicated connectors are supplied for the joints.

Dimensions (mm)

PP-R versions: S3.2 and S2.5, generally supplied in 4 m lengths. Stainless-steel working pipe: standard grade S30408, generally 6 m lengths. Standard colours: white and grey. Other materials, colours and insulation dimensions can be customised.
