Wear-resistant steel-cord composite pipe combines a plastic inner/outer wall with reinforcement for mining and abrasive slurry transport. The catalogue covers63–250mm nominal inner diameters and1.6,2.0,2.5,3.5 and4.0MPa pressure classes. Its specified connection is a flange joint with internal beading and crimping. Material and composite-pipe tests are provided below, including abrasion, hydrostatic strength, burst, weathering and peel strength.
