The manual specifies a flat, firm, clean 100 × 80 m assembly area and 220 V / 40 A power supply of approximately 10 kW. Installation proceeds through PE pipe welding, bracket placement, walkway assembly, guardrails and accessories, followed by anchoring and net installation. Welding personnel must be qualified for HDPE work. Frame alignment, joints, fasteners, ropes, anchors and nets are checked before use and during routine maintenance. Bending buoyancy pipes creates a rebound zone that must remain clear. Anchors and mooring lines require a site-specific design for water depth, seabed and sea conditions.
